Title: Advanced Analytics Manager

Location: Remote EST or CST

Must-Haves:

Strong SQL & Analytical Problem-Solving: Ability to query and analyze datasets, identify root causes, troubleshoot issues, and generate actionable insights. Comfortable supporting experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
AI/Automation & Experimentation Experience: Hands-on exposure to AI-powered tools, automation workflows, agents, or similar solutions. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks.
Product-Oriented Execution Mindset: Combines analytical thinking with a bias for action. Able to drive initiatives from concept to execution, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and thrive in ambiguous environments with minimal direction.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities: This is a hybrid analytics and product-focused role responsible for advancing experimentation and automation initiatives within a messaging-driven environment. The individual will utilize SQL, AI tools, and analytical problem-solving to design and optimize workflows, execute experiments, and improve operational efficiency. Success in this role requires strong ownership, technical curiosity, and the ability to translate data into meaningful business outcomes.

Advanced Analytics Manager

We’re seeking an analytically driven, business-minded problem solver who can turn data into scalable solutions, impactful products, and informed business decisions.

What You’ll Do:

Build, enhance, and own analytics products, including dashboards, models, and data-driven tools that deliver measurable value
Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define problems, prioritize opportunities, and drive business outcomes
Apply advanced analytics techniques such as statistical modeling, forecasting, and segmentation to uncover insights and guide strategy
Leverage AI and automation tools to accelerate analysis, streamline processes, and develop scalable solutions

What You Bring:

3-5 years of experience in analytics, data science, product analytics, or a related field
Practical experience using AI/ML tools to solve business problems and improve operational effectiveness
Strong SQL skills and proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, R, etc.)
Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
Proven track record of driving projects forward, delivering outcomes, and influencing business decisions-not just generating analysis
