Oracle HCM Payroll Developer / SME
Charlotte, NC (Fully Onsite)
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Developer/SME to support a growing HR Technology team. This role is focused on Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll and requires strong functional and technical expertise supporting payroll operations, payroll taxes, payroll accounting, Fast Formulas, Elements, and Value Sets.
Key Skills:
- Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
- Fast Formulas & Elements
- Payroll Processing & US Payroll Taxes
- BI Publisher & OTBI Reporting
- HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL
- PL/SQL (preferred)
- Oracle HCM troubleshooting and support
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for someone looking to make a long-term impact and serve as a key resource for payroll technology initiatives.
Must be local to Charlotte, NC or able to commute daily. No relocation assistance available.
