Position Summary
Beacon Hill is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative and office support within a professional corporate environment. This role is responsible for managing office communications, maintaining records, supporting work order administration, handling correspondence, and assisting with daily operational tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service.
Position Details
- Pay Rate: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
- Work Arrangement: Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and serve as a primary point of contact for office inquiries
- Respond to emails and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
- Create, enter, and maintain work orders and administrative records
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, invoices, and other business documents
- File, organize, and retrieve corporate records, reports, and documentation
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and electronic correspondence
- Maintain records management systems and office filing processes
- Order office supplies and monitor inventory levels
- Support basic administrative and bookkeeping activities
- Assist with general office operations and special projects as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2-4 years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong recordkeeping and document management skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Professional customer service and interpersonal skills
