Our client is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join a growing B2B marketing team. This person will own marketing automation efforts, help optimize lead generation and lead nurturing programs, and provide the reporting and insights needed to improve marketing performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both the technical and strategic side of marketing operations and wants to have a direct impact on business growth.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize marketing automation programs and workflows.
  • Serve as the primary owner of the marketing automation platform (HubSpot).
  • Build and improve lead nurturing campaigns and customer journey workflows.
  • Monitor lead flow and partner with sales/business development teams to improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and maintain marketing reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Work closely with external agency partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Support trade shows, industry events, and related marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with a small, cross-functional marketing team on broader projects and initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 4+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years focused on marketing operations, marketing automation, or similar responsibilities.
  • Strong experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot highly preferred).
  • Hands-on experience building and managing lead nurturing workflows.
  • Experience creating or optimizing customer journey programs.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • B2B marketing experience.
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards using CRM and marketing data.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and Microsoft tools.
  • Experience using project management platforms (Monday.com or similar).
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and sales/business development teams.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and manage priorities with minimal oversight.
  • Collaborative team player comfortable working in a smaller, fast-paced environment.
