Our client, a leading professional association in Alexandria, VA, is seeking a direct hire Digital Marketing Specialist to join their busy and growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute B2B and B2C integrated digital campaigns across email, paid search, paid social, display, and web channels.
- Build, test, deploy, and optimize campaigns utilizing marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Adobe.
- Track campaign data and report on performance to leadership and other internal teams, providing insights and recommendations.
- Manage audience segmentation, positioning, messaging strategy, and the full lifecycle of the customer journey to deliver high-quality results.
- Utilize AI and automation tools to streamline marketing processes and workflows to improve campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of relevant office support experience within hospitality or professional services.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Proficiency in Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Journey is required.
- Strong in reviewing and reporting data through GA4 and Tableau.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adept with managing competing priorities.
Position Information:
- Salary: $90K-$100K + annual merit bonus (DOE).
- Comprehensive and generous benefits package.
- Schedule: On-site Tuesday-Thursday in the Alexandria, VA office.
