We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns. This role will assist with project tracking, marketing campaign coordination, content scheduling, vendor communication, and administrative support while ensuring projects are completed on time and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and special projects.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure marketing initiatives stay on track.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and agency partners to support project execution.
  • Maintain project schedules, marketing calendars, and campaign tracking reports.
  • Support the creation, review, and distribution of marketing materials, presentations, and communications.
  • Track project budgets, invoices, and vendor documentation as needed.
  • Conduct market research and compile data to support marketing strategies and campaign performance reporting.
  • Assist with event planning, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Prepare reports and presentations highlighting campaign results, project updates, and key metrics.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team and assist with additional projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.
  • 0-1 years of professional experience, internship experience, or project-based experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with marketing or project management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
