Contract Application Sr. Data Entry Representative
Location: St. Paul, MN
Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
Compensation: $23.00/hour, depending on experience
Employment Type: Contract with potential for contract-to-hire based on performance and business needs (current contract approval is through Feb 2027)
About the Opportunity
Beacon Hill’s client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Contract Application Sr. Data Entry Representative to join a fast-paced operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys learning new systems and processes, and takes pride in delivering accurate, quality work. Successful candidates will build a strong understanding of employer-sponsored insurance products and administrative processes while supporting customers and internal partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and maintain information across a variety of insurance administration processes.
- Process transactions related to applications, policy updates, beneficiary changes, enrollment activity, premium payments, loan payments, and other documentation.
- Investigate and resolve administrative issues by analyzing available information and exercising sound judgment.
- Obtain missing details required for processing through written correspondence, email communication, or phone outreach.
- Prepare customer and client communications using approved templates and established procedures.
- Monitor and respond to shared team inboxes while fulfilling requests from customers, clients, and business partners.
- Ensure all work meets department quality standards, security requirements, and established service level expectations.
- Contribute to process improvements and assist with additional team responsibilities as needed.
- Cross-train on other functions to provide operational support during periods of high volume.
- Maintain flexibility to work overtime when business demands require additional coverage.
