Position Description

Beacon Hill’s client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a commercial office property or portfolio. This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to tenants and clients while ensuring properties operate efficiently and effectively.

The Property Manager will oversee financial performance, tenant relationships, property improvements, vendor coordination, lease administration, and compliance while providing leadership and support to the property management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overall property operations, including annual budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Develop strong relationships with tenants by responding to needs proactively and supporting a positive tenant experience.
  • Oversee property maintenance, vendor relationships, capital projects, and tenant improvement initiatives to maintain high operational standards.
  • Prepare financial reports, budget projections, and market analyses to help property ownership make informed decisions.
  • Coordinate lease administration activities, including renewals, amendments, and tenant improvement requirements.
  • Monitor compliance with applicable local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements while maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Partner with internal teams, tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders to support smooth and efficient property operations.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed to fulfill property management agreements, local requirements, and overall operational needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
  • Real estate license required within six months of hire.
  • 3+ years of commercial property management experience, including demonstrated success managing tenant relationships.
  • 3+ years of experience with budget development, financial analysis, variance reporting, and CAM reconciliations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Proficiency with Yardi, MRI, and Microsoft Excel.
