Join a growing enterprise applications team as it prepares for a major Workday launch across HCM, Financials, and Supply Chain. This highly visible position will help administer Workday security, provision users and roles, validate access, strengthen governance, support audits, troubleshoot production issues, and establish long-term security standards. The role offers immediate ownership during implementation and stabilization, direct collaboration across multiple business functions, and future cross-training opportunities in integrations, reporting, UKG, and broader enterprise application administration. This role is part of a stable team, in a mission critical industry that will allow for you to be part of establishing standards and having a part in shaping security policies as it relates to Workday access.

Required Skills:

Must have hands-on Workday Security administration and configuration experience

Experience provisioning users, security roles, permissions, and functional security groups within Workday

Experience maintaining and troubleshooting Workday security configurations

Experience supporting multiple Workday domains such as HCM, Financials, Supply Chain

Understanding of ERP security models, access governance, and least-privilege practices

Enterprise application support experience beyond general security administration

Experience supporting access reviews, audit readiness, compliance, and ongoing security governance

Ability to investigate and resolve user access, role configuration, and permission-related issues

Understanding of enterprise systems architecture and the broader impact of security decisions

Ability to balance security requirements across HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and technology stakeholders

Ability to contribute immediately in a Workday implementation and go-live environment

Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills

Ability to operate within an IT-owned Workday governance model

Desired Skills:

Experience participating in a Workday implementation, deployment, go-live, or post-production stabilization effort

Experience supporting security across Workday HCM, Financials, and Supply Chain

Experience developing security governance, monitoring, and access-review processes

Experience evaluating Workday releases and identifying potential security impacts

Security administration experience with another major ERP platform

Broader ERP or enterprise application administration experience

General knowledge of platform administration and the software lifecycle

Scripting or technical backend knowledge

Experience working directly with Workday support

Ability to go onsite or work at least once a week in Indianapolis strongly desired

Long-term tenure and demonstrated stability in previous positions
