Our client, a financial company in Waltham is seeking a detail-oriented New Account Associate to join the team. This position involves establishing and maintaining brokerage accounts, reviewing applications for accuracy, and troubleshooting account-related issues. Responsibilities include processing account maintenance requests, conducting internal audits to minimize risk, and assisting advisors with complex inquiries. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to regulatory changes are a plus. This is a temporary role with the potential for permanent placement, offering an opportunity to work closely with advisors and operational teams.
