Our client is seeking a highly thoughtful, detail‑driven Executive Assistant to support the Investor Relations function within a global private equity environment. This role blends traditional EA support with IR coordination, fundraising workflows, and investor‑facing execution, making it ideal for someone who enjoys owning processes and thinking several steps ahead. Hours are standard business hours (approximately 8:30/9:00am-5:30/6:00pm) with a hybrid schedule of four days onsite and one remote day per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high‑level executive support to senior leaders within the IR team
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including board‑level and investor‑facing sessions
  • Prepare meeting materials, pre‑reads, and logistical arrangements
  • Manage expenses accurately and in a timely manner using internal systems
  • Maintain CRM records, investor contacts, and meeting logs with precision
  • Individually own projects tied to fundraising initiatives and investor events
  • Coordinate investor roadshows, Limited Partner meetings, and global IR‑led events
  • Lead preparation of meeting agendas, pitch materials, and investor background notes
  • Support Limited Partner communications and reporting processes in line with compliance standards
  • Partner closely with another EA to provide seamless team coverage
  • Participate in select investor events and offsites (2-3 times per year, with advanced notice)

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience with strong Investor Relations or Business Development exposure
  • IR or fundraising experience valued more highly than pure PE background
  • Highly organized, fastidious, and proactive with strong attention to detail
  • Strong judgment and ability to prioritize competing objectives thoughtfully
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable owning processes and working independently
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency; CRM experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $125K base salary + paid overtime + discretionary bonus
  • 100% employer‑paid medical benefits after 30 days
  • PTO package
  • 401(k) with employer match (eligibility after one year)
  • Daily catered lunch
  • $1,000 annual fitness subsidy
  • Fertility benefits + 20 weeks paid parental leave
  • Fund performance participation after two years (profit‑sharing style)
