Our client is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to support the Founder/CIO and Chief Revenue Officer within a lean, high‑performing investment firm. This is a true EA/PA role with significant personal support responsibilities. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, confident in a high‑profile environment, and comfortable managing both business and personal priorities with discretion. Hours are 9:00am-6:00pm with a hybrid schedule of four days onsite and one day remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive and personal assistant support to the Founder/CIO and CRO
  • Manage complex professional and personal calendars with constant prioritization
  • Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel for business and family, including detailed itineraries
  • Support the family office, including property management coordination and household logistics
  • Liaise with chefs, drivers, property managers, and other personal staff
  • Assist with managing multiple residences and ongoing maintenance needs
  • Partner closely with the Chief of Staff to identify process improvements and efficiencies
  • Plan and execute firmwide and family‑related events with high attention to detail
  • Manage correspondence, inbox flow, and administrative follow‑through

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant and/or Personal Assistant experience
  • Prior experience supporting a family office or UHNW principal strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills
  • Extremely detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; email management is critical
  • Tech‑savvy with strong Outlook and Microsoft Office proficiency

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $165K base salary + discretionary bonus
