Our client, a consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, including communication, scheduling, and travel coordination
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle logistics including conference rooms, materials, and technology
- Draft, proofread, and track communications, correspondence, and client-related activity in CRM systems
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
- Support event coordination, team meetings, and internal initiatives across the office
- Assist with office operations, facilities coordination, and vendor relationships as needed
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of administrative or executive support experience
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Professional, adaptable, and able to work independently and across teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a high level of discretion
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- $29-$33/hr
- Conversion Salary: $70K-$75K
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
