Our client, a property management firm located in Beverly, is seeking an Office Manager to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This full-time role has hours Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm, with on-site work across multiple properties. The position supports day-to-day property operations, tenant communication, and vendor coordination in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment. Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle high-volume communication across email, phone, and systems
  • Assist with maintenance scheduling, turnovers, and vendor coordination
  • Conduct property inspections, including units, common areas, and grounds
  • Meet and coordinate with vendors onsite; manage access and oversee work
  • Source and present vendor quotes for review
  • Respond to tenant inquiries via online platforms
  • Manage rent-related outreach and payment follow-ups
  • Ensure timely and proper tenant notifications for property access
  • Support office documentation, reporting, and internal materials (e.g., newsletters via Canva)

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to work independently
  • Strong communication skills; confident handling direct or difficult conversations
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a personal vehicle
  • Comfortable around pets
  • Professional, proactive, and reliable with strong accountability
  • Experience in customer-facing or operations-focused roles is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or Canva is preferred but not required
