Our client, a professional membership association, is seeking an International Programs Specialist to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Linthicum, Maryland.
About The Job:
* Provide administrative support to the International Programs team
* Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, visas, itineraries, lodging, and transportation
* Support international educational, exchange, and visiting scholar programs
* Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and prepare correspondence, reports, agendas, and meeting materials
* Coordinate program logistics and participant communications
* Process travel reimbursements, expenses, and related administrative documentation
* Assist with marketing, program promotion, and website updates
* Maintain department records and support special projects
About You:
* Associate degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
* 3+ years of administrative support experience
* Experience coordinating international travel logistics, including visas and itineraries, is required
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills
* Ability to manage a high volume of work and meet deadlines
* Comfortable interacting with domestic and international stakeholders
About The Position:
* Start Date: ASAP!
* $25-$28/hr
* Permanent Salary: $61K-$63K
* Temp-to-Perm
* Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite
