Our client, a leading real estate organization is seeking a Procurement & Contracts Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis in Arlington, Virginia.
About The Job:
* Support the Sourcing and Supplier Relationship Management teams with contract administration and supplier management activities
* Draft, maintain, and process contracts, amendments, and service orders
* Manage contract execution through DocuSign and maintain contract records
* Communicate with suppliers to obtain required documentation, including Certificates of Insurance
* Track supplier communications and support RFx processes
* Assist with data analysis, reporting, and market research
* Support procurement operations and general administrative functions
About You:
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
* 2+ years of experience in contract administration, procurement, sourcing, or supplier management
* Experience reviewing, drafting, and managing contract documents
* Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
* Experience with quality assurance of contract documentation
About The Position:
* Start Date: ASAP!
* $25-$27/hr
* 3-month contract
* Hybrid: 4 days onsite in Arlington, VA
* Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
