Responsibilities
- Prepare and provide customer quotes
- Enter sales orders and process customer invoices accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate and arrange freight carriers for customer shipments

- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, order entry, operations, logistics, or administrative support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
