Our client a professional services firm is seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador to joint their team on temporary basis in Arlington, Virginia.
About The Job:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, visitors, and vendors in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Manage front desk operations, room bookings, event calendars, and incoming inquiries
- Assist with meeting and event setup, including furniture, signage, and equipment
- Support workplace and facilities operations to ensure an exceptional visitor experience
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack, and other technology platforms to support daily operations
About You:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 0-2 years of experience in reception, hospitality, concierge, or customer service
- Strong customer service skills with a polished, professional demeanor
- Friendly, reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable interacting with high-profile guests and managing multiple priorities
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack, and general laptop/iOS functions
- Experience with facilities, office operations, event coordination, or hospitality preferred
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Duration: 3-Month Contract
- $20/hr
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- 100% Onsite
