Our client, a global commercial real estate company, is seeking a Temporary-to-Permanent Tenant Services Coordinator in their Stamford, CT office. This position will start on September 1st, 2026, with the intention of becoming permanent based on performance. Requiring five days/week on-site, hours are 8am-5pm daily. Pay rate up to $27/hour DOE.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting Lead on account
- Addressing tenant needs
- Responding to issues
- Maintaining records for teams
- Dealing with certificate of insurance
- Dealing with service contracts
- Monitoring work order system.
- Team supports 23 locations across United states.
- Might have to travel to Greenwich, CT
Qualifications:
- Great professionalism with client and clients team
- Multi-tasking
- Being able to pivot
- Great communicator
- Able to work independently
- Team worker
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must know their way around computers and emails.
