Are you a marketing or business development professional looking to take the next step in your career with a highly respected law firm? Our client, a prominent Am Law firm, is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support strategic growth initiatives across multiple practice and industry groups.
Responsibilities
- Support business development and marketing initiatives across practice groups and industry teams.
- Assist with RFPs, pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
- Maintain attorney biographies, experience databases, practice descriptions, and marketing collateral.
- Coordinate legal directory and award submissions, including Chambers and Legal 500.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market research.
- Support sponsorships, conferences, and business development events.
- Assist with practice group planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with attorneys and cross-functional departments throughout the firm.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2+ years of business development, marketing, or professional services experience.
- Prior law firm or professional services experience required.
- Strong writing, proofreading, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM platforms, proposal tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $60,000 – $83,000+ based on experience.
- Generous overtime eligibility.
