Executive Assistant to $95K – Join a Prestigious Firm!

Our client, a globally recognized investment firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a team of senior professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role will become a trusted administrative partner, managing complex schedules, coordinating extensive travel, and ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day business activities. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of administrative or executive support experience and thrives while supporting multiple senior stakeholders.

  • Responsibilities include managing multiple high-volume calendars and coordinating internal and external meetings; arranging complex domestic and international travel itineraries; planning conferences, team events, offsites, and recurring group meetings; processing and reconciling expense reports while ensuring accuracy and compliance; serving as a key liaison across internal teams and external contacts; handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism; supporting special projects, process improvements, and additional administrative initiatives as needed.
  • The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of administrative or executive support experience in a professional services environment; experience supporting senior-level professionals with demanding schedules and changing priorities; exceptional organization, multitasking, and calendar management skills; strong communication and relationship-building abilities; advanced Microsoft Office proficiency and enthusiasm for learning new technology; proven discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to remain composed under pressure; and a proactive mindset focused on anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise.
