We are partnering with a well-established real estate company to identify a Leasing Manager for one of Chicago’s premier luxury residential communities in Lincoln Park.This is an excellent opportunity for a leasing leader who thrives in a high-touch environment and understands that resident experience, presentation, and attention to detail are critical to maintaining a best-in-class property.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor a team of leasing professionals
- Drive new lease activity and resident renewals
- Partner closely with property management and operations teams
- Create an exceptional prospect and resident experience
- Monitor market trends and competitive properties
- Execute outreach, marketing, and business development initiatives
- Maintain high standards of presentation throughout the community
- Help ensure occupancy and revenue goals are consistently achieved
You:
- 3+ years of residential leasing and/or property management experience
- Previous team leadership or management experience required
- Strong sales and closing skills
- Experience within luxury or higher-end multifamily communities strongly preferred
- Real estate license preferred
Base salary: $65,000 – $85,000 + Commission + Bonus
