We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bilingual Data Entry Specialist to join a fast-paced, professional office environment in Farmers Branch, TX. This position is ideal for someone with strong data entry skills, customer service experience, and the ability to communicate professionally in both English and Spanish.

Location: Farmers Branch, TX 75234
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
Pay: $18-$19/hour
Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire
Work Environment: 100% onsite

Responsibilities

• Enter and update applicant information with a high level of speed and accuracy
• Process consent forms, authorization forms, and other documentation
• Maintain organized and accurate electronic records
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions and next steps
• Provide friendly and professional customer service in person and over the phone
• Verify identification and required documentation
• Assist with drug-screening and specimen-collection procedures after training
• Follow established confidentiality, compliance, and chain-of-custody procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and testing area
• Assist with additional administrative duties as needed

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong data entry and typing skills
• Must type at least 45 WPM
• Previous customer service, administrative, or data entry experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional communication skills
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Comfortable assisting with drug-screening procedures after training
• Reliable transportation and willingness to occasionally assist at another nearby office location
• High school diploma or equivalent
