Member Services Representative
Dallas, TX (Onsite)
$19-$22/hr
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Temp-to-Hire
We are seeking a customer-focused Member Services Representative to join a growing healthcare organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and providing exceptional service. The focus is on quality customer interactions, not high call volume.
Responsibilities:
- Assist members with questions regarding their health plans and benefits
- Help members locate providers and access services
- Resolve concerns with professionalism, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills
- Document member interactions accurately
- Work with internal teams to address complex member issues
- Provide an outstanding customer experience on every interaction
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Insurance or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
