Our client, a national professional membership association, is seeking a Membership Data Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to extend in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
* Process applications and renewals for credentials, certifications, and continuing education programs
* Review documentation, reconcile payments, and maintain accurate records in iMIS
* Respond to member, applicant, and provider inquiries via phone and email
* Support the CE application portal and troubleshoot customer or process issues
* Maintain databases, spreadsheets, forms, and tracking tools
* Provide general administrative, project, and event support
About You:
* 2-3 years of credentialing, professional development, membership, or related administrative experience preferred
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
* Association/nonprofit experience and iMIS knowledge strongly preferred
* Strong data entry, organization, customer service, and attention to detail
* Proficient in iMIS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
* Comfortable with repetitive, detail-heavy work and managing multiple priorities

* Start Date: Within the next 2 weeks
* Duration: Through year-end with potential to extend
* $20/hr
