Property Accountant (Contract – 2-3 Months) Location: Denver Tech Center | Onsite 5 Days/Week
A real estate client of ours in the Denver Tech Center is seeking a Property Accountant for a 2-3 month contract. This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running, thrives in a hands‑on environment, and brings strong technical accounting skills-especially around bank reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations with high accuracy

Manage full‑cycle property accounting

Prepare journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and month‑end close activities

Review and analyze financial statements for multiple properties

Support ad‑hoc projects and accounting clean‑up as needed
Required Qualifications
-
3+ years of property accounting experience (commercial or residential)

Proficiency in Yardi (required)

Strong understanding of bank reconciliations and general accounting principles

Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in the Denver Tech Center

Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast‑moving environment
