Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist

My client, a high-growth global software company, is hiring a fully remote Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join its growing team. Reporting to the Head of Payroll and partnering closely with the Payroll Manager, this individual will support payroll and benefits administration across the U.S. and North America for approximately 250 employees.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of payroll and benefits experience, hands-on experience with ADP, Workday, or a similar payroll platform, and strong knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations, including federal, state, and local tax compliance and multi-state payroll processing. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong communication skills are essential, as this person will regularly partner with employees, HR, Finance, and external vendors while helping identify and implement process improvements.
