Beacon Hill Financial is currently seeking a Contract Accounting Specialist for one of our clients located in Arden Hills. This role is 100% onsite and pays $28-$32/hour. What to expect in this role on a day-to-day basis:
- Perform daily operational accounting activities, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and cash reconciliations
- Post member payments within the policy administration system
- Assist with daily cash management and bank activity
- Balance cash to transactions
- Support AP processing
- Assist with unclaimed property filings
- Support monthly reinsurance activities
- Contribute to annual audit requirements for the organization’s financial statements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism
- Self-starter with strong teamwork and collaboration skills
