Beacon Hill Financial is seeking a Contract Auto Loan Specialist for our client in the St.Louis Metro Area. This role is 100% onsite and offers pay ranging from $23-$25 per hour, depending on experience.

Duties:
- Review consumer loan applications and supporting documents for accuracy, completeness, compliance, and underwriting requirements.
- Identify and escalate potential fraud concerns according to established procedures.
- Process loan closings and funding activities, including document preparation and status updates.
- Maintain loan data, distribute documents through DocuSign, and ensure proper record retention.
- Partner with internal teams and dealerships to resolve pending loan issues and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and Teams while supporting various administrative and account-related tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in loan processing, banking, finance, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and loan processing systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of banking regulations including BSA, Fair Lending, Patriot Act, and OFAC preferred.
- Customer service focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
