Our client, a leading global technology company, is seeking an Executive Recruitment Researcher for a 12-month contract. This individual will support global Sr. Director and VP searches by conducting market research, mapping executive talent, developing sourcing strategies, and assessing prospective candidates across Engineering, Product, Sales, G&A, and Marketing. The ideal candidate has executive-level talent research experience and a strong background in talent mapping, market intelligence, and identifying highly specialized leadership talent. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 3+ years of talent research, executive sourcing, or related recruiting experience, with 1+ year of experience supporting executive-level searches, required.
- Experience conducting talent mapping, market research, and talent intelligence for complex or highly specialized searches, required.
- Experience supporting searches across multiple functions, such as Engineering, Product, Sales, G&A, or Marketing, preferred.
- Experience within technology, ideally high-scale platform, infrastructure, or services environments, preferred.
- Experience with LinkedIn Insights, Thrive, Eightfold, talent mapping platforms, or AI-enabled recruiting tools, preferred.
The hourly rate for this role is $60-$71/hr.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
