Our client, a growing financial services organization, is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join their team. This individual will support UKG Pro administration with a focus on customized reporting, system integrations, data maintenance and governance, and workflow improvements. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 2+ years of HRIS or related HR systems experience, preferred.
- Hands-on experience with UKG Pro, required.
- Familiarity with Cognos BI reporting and customized report creation, required.
- Experience supporting HRIS implementations, integrations, or system enhancements, preferred.
- Experience with HR data maintenance, governance, and workflow optimization, preferred.
The salary for this role is $95K-$100K.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
