A growing and highly regarded trusts and estates practice in the Greater Boston area is seeking an experienced attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a T&E attorney who enjoys sophisticated, client-facing work but is looking for a more sustainable alternative to the traditional large-firm environment.
The firm has a busy and expanding practice and is investing in technology and AI to support continued growth and efficiency. The successful candidate will have at least three years of relevant trusts and estates experience and should be comfortable stepping into an active practice with a high degree of independence.

- 1,600 annual billable-hour target

Ideal background:
- 3+ years of trusts and estates experience
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Strong estate planning background
- Ability to independently manage matters and client relationships
- Excellent drafting, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Massachusetts bar admission preferred
