About the Opportunity
What You’ll Do
Support the full lifecycle of program financials, including budget planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Develop and maintain forecasts and track actual spend against plan
- Analyze variances and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Contribute to accurate financial reporting and executive summaries
Help ensure the right resources are aligned to program needs and financial plans.
- Maintain resource plans tied to budget approvals and demand
- Partner with stakeholders to align staffing strategy with delivery goals
Promote strong financial discipline and compliance across the program.
- Support processes related to cost tracking, accruals, and financial governance
- Contribute to readiness for audits and adherence to internal policies
- Assist in ensuring accurate classification of project-related costs
Act as a key point of coordination across internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor vendor performance, billing accuracy, and contract alignment
- Assist in resolving financial or operational discrepancies
Deliver clear, meaningful visibility into program performance.
- Create dashboards and reports to communicate financial and operational metrics
- Provide ad hoc analysis to support leadership decision-making
What You Bring
- Background in financial analysis, program support, or project controlling within complex environments
- Experience working with budgets, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Familiarity with enterprise financial systems (such as SAP or similar platforms)
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data to generate insights
- Ability to collaborate effectively across business, finance, and technology teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear narratives
Nice to Have
- Exposure to large-scale transformation or technology programs
- Experience in regulated or highly structured industries
- Knowledge of financial governance practices or audit processes
- Familiarity with data visualization tools or dashboard creation (e.g., Power BI)
