Summary

Are you someone who enjoys keeping projects organized, supporting hands-on technical teams, and ensuring critical resources are available when they’re needed? We’re seeking a Project Operations Coordinator to support product development initiatives by managing vehicle assets, coordinating build activities, and facilitating the logistics that keep engineering programs moving forward.
This role offers a unique blend of project coordination, inventory oversight, fleet management, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with technical and operational teams, helping bring new products from concept through testing and evaluation.

About the Opportunity

Join a collaborative product development environment where organization, communication, and problem-solving play a key role in overall project success. This position offers exposure to engineering, prototype development, testing activities, and operational planning. You’ll have the opportunity to make a visible impact by helping teams stay aligned, informed, and equipped throughout the development lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

Project & Build Coordination

Support development programs by helping plan and execute build-related activities and ensuring teams have the materials and resources required to meet project timelines.
  • Coordinate project build events and support scheduling efforts
  • Organize required materials and help track incoming components
  • Monitor inventory levels and facilitate movement of parts and equipment
  • Assist teams with reporting and project documentation

Vehicle & Asset Management

Serve as a central point of coordination for development and test assets throughout their lifecycle.
  • Oversee vehicle requests, assignments, transfers, and transportation logistics
  • Track usage, availability, and ownership of development assets
  • Coordinate maintenance activities, modifications, and work requests
  • Support testing and validation efforts by ensuring assets are available and properly configured

Workspace & Operational Support

Help maintain an efficient and organized environment for product development activities.
  • Support the management of shared work areas and prototype spaces
  • Coordinate tools, equipment, and operational resources
  • Promote organization and readiness across project support functions

What You Bring

  • Experience supporting projects, operations, engineering teams, or technical programs
  • Ability to coordinate multiple activities, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, presentations, and project tracking tools
  • Background working with product structures, inventory, parts management, or related operational processes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams

Success in This Role

You’ll thrive in this position if you enjoy keeping moving pieces organized, take ownership of outcomes, and can effectively coordinate resources across multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Nice to Have

  • Technical, engineering, manufacturing, or operations-related education
  • Familiarity with product development or prototype environments
  • Exposure to inventory control, supply chain coordination, or asset management
  • Knowledge of vehicle, powersports, automotive, manufacturing, or similar industries
  • Experience interpreting product structures, configurations, or component relationships

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys blending project coordination, logistics, and hands-on operational support while contributing directly to innovative product development efforts.
