Case Management Supervisor
Location: Los Angeles, California | Onsite

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $40/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Case Management Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of case managers supporting high-acuity clients. This position combines staff development, crisis intervention, program oversight, documentation compliance, and participant advocacy, with a strong focus on trauma-informed care and quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to case managers through case conferencing, coaching, and ongoing skill development.
- Support crisis intervention and field-based engagement with high-acuity clients, including coordination of appropriate community service referrals.
- Oversee client documentation, electronic records, Care Plans, and charting to maintain compliance with DHS requirements.
- Support program operations, including drop-in center services, housing support initiatives, and participant advocacy efforts.
- Attend court hearings alongside case managers and advocate for participants as needed.
- Deliver clinical and trauma-informed training to staff and support ongoing professional development.
- Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call crisis response schedule and provide leadership during emergency situations.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) required; LCSW preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in clinical leadership, case management, or program oversight.
- Experience supporting high-acuity clients, including crisis intervention and trauma-informed care.
- Knowledge of DHS documentation requirements, Care Plans, chart reviews, and clinical supervision.
Schedule & Additional Information
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Pay Rate: $40/hour
- Location: Fully onsite in Los Angeles, California
- On-Call: Participation in a rotating 24/7 crisis-response schedule is required.
