Content Designer (Information Architecture / UX Content Strategy)
Must Haves
- Strong experience with Information Architecture (IA), Taxonomy, and Content Strategy
- Experience creating navigation systems, content maps, user flows, and wireframes
- Ability to organize complex digital experiences into intuitive, user-centered structures
- Experience defining content hierarchies, categorization frameworks, and labeling systems
- Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills
- Highly collaborative, curious, and proactive mindset
Responsibilities
- Design and organize digital experiences through navigation, taxonomy, and content structure
- Create content maps, user flows, wireframes, and information architecture frameworks
- Partner with UX, Product, and business teams to improve user journeys and content discoverability
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions and present recommendations to leadership
- Translate business and user needs into scalable, intuitive digital experiences
