Product Manager (Post- Digital Transaction Experience)
Overview
Seeking a Product Manager to support a post-transactional, operations-focused mobile initiative. This role centers on improving efficiency and guest/user flow after entry, including identity verification and expedited access experiences.
This is an execution-focused role where the product vision, design, and engineering are already in motion. The Product Manager will take ownership of delivery, working cross-functionally to drive completion and ensure seamless user experience.
Must Haves
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in digital/mobile environments
- Strong mobile app background (iOS/Android) with understanding of Kotlin, Swift/Objective-C
- Experience working with or supporting Flutter migrations (native → Flutter)
- Proven ability to operate independently in fast-moving, in-flight projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
- Experience working in Agile environments and driving delivery with engineering teams
Key Responsibilities
- Take over an active product initiative and drive execution through completion
- Partner with engineering, design, operations, and analytics teams to ensure alignment and delivery
- Manage backlog, user stories, and sprint priorities in an Agile environment
- Identify and remove blockers while maintaining momentum across teams
- Support mobile app enhancements across native and Flutter environments
- Collaborate across functions, including areas outside traditional product scope, to improve operational efficiency
- Use data and insights to validate decisions and optimize user experience
Preferred Background
- Experience with ticketing, venue entry, or post-transactional user flows
- Exposure to high-volume, operationally complex environments
- Familiarity with tools such as GitHub, Copilot, or AI-driven productivity tools
- Experience working in highly cross-functional, matrixed organizations

- Self-starter who can step into an in-progress project and quickly add value
- Comfortable working with strong personalities and highly engaged teams
- Highly collaborative, with a willingness to support work beyond defined responsibilities
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and execution focus
