Location: Hybrid Blue Bell, PA – 3 days/ week on site
Duration: 6+ month contract
Our client is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to support a high-volume marketing team with the execution of email and mobile marketing campaigns. This individual will be responsible for building, scheduling, testing, and deploying email, SMS, and MMS communications while ensuring accuracy, brand compliance, and a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys the operational and technical aspects of marketing campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, schedule, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Manage incoming campaign requests from internal marketing stakeholders.
- Configure audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization for campaigns.
- Execute SMS and MMS marketing communications.
- Maintain and update existing email templates as needed.
- Perform quality assurance reviews, proofreading, and brand compliance checks prior to launch.
- Test dynamic content, personalization, and campaign functionality to ensure accuracy.
- Partner with marketing, creative, copywriting, and technical teams throughout campaign execution.
- Coordinate website content and data feeds used within marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot setup or deployment issues.
- Track multiple projects simultaneously and provide status updates to key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience executing email marketing campaigns from creation through deployment.
- Experience with email marketing platforms.
- Understanding of audience segmentation and campaign targeting strategies.
- Experience supporting SMS and MMS marketing campaigns.
- Strong proofreading, editing, and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and SQL.
