Abe Klatt
Regional Director
With over two decades of experience in the staffing and talent solutions industry, Abe currently serves as Regional Director for the Western region at Beacon Hill Financial. In this role, he leads strategic initiatives focused on market expansion, team development, and delivering exceptional client outcomes across the region.
Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Abe spent nearly 20 years with a large international talent solutions firm, where he advanced from an individual contributor to Senior Regional Director. During his tenure, he played a critical role in expanding market share, building teams, mentoring leadership teams, and driving operational excellence across multiple geographies.
He has also held executive leadership positions at two additional professional staffing firms, consistently building high-performing teams and delivering client-centric solutions. His career spans progressive leadership roles across Southern California, Northern California, and the Pacific Northwest.
A graduate of Seton Hall University with a concentration in Finance and Accounting, Abe has a strong financial background. He is known for cultivating lasting client relationships and creating dynamic, values-driven workplace cultures. He prides himself in making a meaningful impact—for businesses, job seekers, internal teams, and his broader community.
Abe is passionate about giving back to his community through active involvement in youth sports. He believes that sports play a vital role in teaching children essential life skills—such as teamwork, discipline, and perseverance—that benefit them throughout their personal lives and future careers. He coaches baseball, football, and softball, and has also served as a board member for Bollinger Canyon Little League.
