Ms. Andrea is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies in the Orange County and Los Angeles markets. She began her career in the IT staffing industry in 2010, bringing a strong background in business development and account management across both the public and private sectors. She is known for hiring and developing teams of top-performing technical recruiters and account executives. Ms. Andrea is focused on providing high-quality technical resources and is committed to building long-term partnerships with clients. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, she was a branch manager in the South Florida market for one of the world’s largest IT staffing firms. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida, where she majored in Education.
