Emily Schelle-Miller is responsible for leading Beacon Hill Associates in San Francisco and across the Bay Area. Emily is a dynamic leader with deep expertise partnering with leading companies across all industries including private equity, investment management, banking, professional services, commercial real estate, artificial intelligence, and the nonprofit sector, to deliver high-caliber deliver high caliber talent. She has earned a reputation for outstanding team management, market knowledge and building high-performance cultures. Emily works closely with companies of all sizes from start-ups to emerging growth companies to many of the most successful, established and coveted employers in the world. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Emily was a senior executive at a national staffing firm focused on placement within the nonprofit sector ranging from c-level retained searches to temporary staffing of administrative roles. After beginning her career as a recruiter in the firm’s DC location, she quickly established herself as a top individual producer and was promoted to a leadership role. Emily opened the San Francisco office of this firm in 2017 where she oversaw sales, recruiting, client services and the strategic direction of the national business while continuing to manage her own client and candidate relationships across the country. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University where she majored in Geology and Environmental Science with a minor in History.
