Trusted partner in developing engaging training programs and supporting talent enablement through innovative instructional design & onboarding solutions

Ms. Keery is an Instructional Designer and IMPACT Program Specialist at Beacon Hill. She focuses on developing engaging eLearning modules and other learning resources while liaising between the Employee IMPACT Committee and the company to support communications, branding, and guide development.

Ms. Keery began her journey with Beacon Hill in 2021 as a Marketing Assistant and later advanced to Senior Marketing Coordinator. She then transitioned to the Learning & Development team, where she now serves as the Instructional Designer.

Before joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Keery worked as a Dance Instructor and as a Business Development and Marketing Assistant at a local arts organization, where she refined her skills as a creator, writer, leader and relationship builder.

Her passion for bringing inclusion and belonging into the corporate sphere was sparked by her experience as a co-manager at The People’s Market, a non-profit food cooperative in Western Massachusetts. Run collectively by full-time undergraduate students committed to community outreach, activism and social justice, The People’s Market cultivated a space of acceptance, education and advocacy. It was there that Ms. Keery learned how to manage an organization in an ethical, sustainable way.

Ms. Keery graduated with honors from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Dance. She now lives in Brooklyn, NY, where she enjoys taking dance and aerial classes, rock climbing, reading and spending time with friends.
