Prior to joining OneBeacon, Jamie spent three years at a staffing agency, where she gained hands-on experience with MSP programs, recruiting strategies, and contractor engagement across various industries.
Jamie’s professional journey began in the music industry, where she developed a strong blend of creativity and business insight. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communication from The Ohio State University, with a minor in Music, Media, and Enterprise.
