Kailey spearheads business development for Beacon Hill Associates in Washington, DC, where she partners with organizations to deliver strategic administrative staffing solutions that strengthen teams and fuel long-term success. As the first Business Development Manager in the division’s history, she has helped shape the firm’s client engagement strategy and currently leads a team of Account Executives focused on driving business development and client growth.
Since joining Beacon Hill in 2015, Kailey has advanced through multiple leadership roles and is known for her ability to connect exceptional talent with organizations that understand the value of people at the heart of business. With a background in healthcare administration, she brings a strong attention to detail, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to navigate high-pressure environments - qualities that continue to inform her leadership style. She is known for her collaborative approach, market insight, and commitment to building lasting partnerships grounded in trust and results.
Kailey holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. A proud working mother and design enthusiast, she brings resilience, creativity, and genuine care to every partnership she builds.
