Katie is responsible for leading the Beacon Hill Associates teams in Raleigh, NC. Katie joined Beacon Hill in 2023, officially opening the Associates Division for the Raleigh-Durham market. Throughout her career, she has built strong relationships with clients across a wide range of industries and business functions, developing deep expertise in the candidate landscape and the drivers behind successful staffing partnerships. She is passionate about creating meaningful, long-term relationships and delivering strategic recruiting support to her clients. Katie is known for her candor, personal approach, and commitment to honest relationships and prides herself on being a partner her clients can trust.
Katie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology from East Carolina University, where she focused on business psychology.
