Ms. Kaplan oversees Beacon Hill Technologies’ operations across 9 major markets along the east coast, including Boston, Hartford, New York City, Baltimore, Washington D.C., Virginia Beach/Norfolk, Charleston, Raleigh, and Charlotte, driving enterprise growth, client delivery, and organizational strategy. Since 2008, she has consistently aligned top technology talent with evolving business needs, while building and mentoring high-performing teams across Core IT, Digital & Creative, and Government Services. Known for her ability to scale operations, foster long-term client partnerships, and navigate dynamic market conditions, she brings a reputation for resilience, strategic vision, and results-oriented leadership. Ms. Kaplan is recognized for her operational expertise, market expansion, and positive outlook while cultivating cultures of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Kaplan launched her career with a national IT professional services organization, where she earned recognition as a consistent top performer and emerging leader. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Pennsylvania State University, with a major in Biology and a minor in Health Policy and Administration.
