Luke McDonough
Division Director
Luke leads the Boise, Idaho market for Beacon Hill Technologies, where he oversees IT staffing services, delivery, sales, and daily operations. With over 15 years of experience in the IT staffing and consulting industry, including more than a decade in leadership, he is focused on driving business development and building strong value-based partnerships with clients. Luke began his career with the world’s largest staffing firm, where he gained experience in both recruiting and sales, and specialized in building targeted talent networks tailored to specific client needs, and in building diverse successful teams.
He holds a degree in Communications from the University of California, Davis, with a minor in Managerial Economics, and was a member of the Division I football team during his time there. Outside of work, he and his wife are active in their church and the Boise community. Together, they stay busy raising their four children.
