Mr. Stengel leads Beacon Hill’s Government and Technologies services division in the National Capital Region, driving market growth and operational performance through oversight of business development and client delivery. He partners with organizations from emerging enterprises to Fortune 500 companies to help them achieve mission-critical outcomes. With over a decade of experience, Mr. Stengel is recognized for his expertise in workforce strategy, teaming negotiations, and building high-performing teams. His consultative approach and ability to align diverse stakeholders toward shared objectives have earned him a reputation for fostering trust, agility, and enduring client partnerships.

Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Stengel spent over 10 years supporting Federal Systems Integrators on a national level designing innovative subcontracting and staffing solutions that advanced programs within the following customer groups: Navy and Marine Corps, specifically NIWC the affiliated PEO’s and systems centers, NAVSEA, Air Force, Space Force, NASA, DHS, HHS, Treasury, IRS, and the Intelligence community.

Originally from Western New York, Mr. Stengel earned his B.A. in Public Administration from San Diego State University and later relocated to the Washington, DC area in 2017. Outside of work, he actively plays and coaches indoor and beach volleyball, and enjoys golf, travel, and the outdoors.
