Ms. Grimm serves as the Division Manager for Beacon Hill Associates in New York City. In this leadership role, she oversees all recruiting, client service, and operational functions for the division. She guides the team responsible for sourcing, recruiting, screening, and placing top administrative and corporate talent across the NYC marketplace.
Throughout her career at Beacon Hill, Ms. Grimm has placed thousands of candidates with leading organizations in financial services, investment management, private equity, banking, consulting, media, and academia. She has built a strong referral network, is known for creating an outstanding candidate experience, and maintains a sharp focus on alignment and fit when matching talent to client needs. She is also deeply committed to transparent communication with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Before stepping into her leadership role, Ms. Grimm excelled as a recruiter and account manager supporting a wide portfolio of NYC clients. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, she worked as a recruiting associate at a national search firm, where she was a top individual contributor on one of the firm’s highest-performing teams. Earlier in her career, Ms. Grimm taught English in Spain for three years while documenting her cultural and employment transition as part of a governmental grant.
Ms. Grimm earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio Wesleyan University, where she majored in International Business and Spanish.
