Matt Depin

Trusted billing department leader managing invoicing and payroll processes for Beacon Hill’s permanent & temporary placements

Mr. Depin is responsible for overseeing the billing department, with a significant involvement in the temporary employee payroll process every week. This includes helping to manage the billing of permanent placement candidates, overseeing the weekly invoice creation process for all temporary assignments, and managing our automated timesheet processing operations for some of the company’s largest clients. Mr. Depin also plays an important role in some of the company’s month-end reconciliations. Mr. Depin received a Bachelor of Science in Management degree from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, where he majored in accounting.
